What was done:
Sigenergy replaced the original “quick-connect” plugs with more robust OT terminal connections.
Current status (2026):
- Most affected units have been replaced
- New models are fully updated and CEC-approved
- Affected customers received a 12-year warranty (extended from 10 years)
